How quickly will I hear back?
Most inquiries get a reply within an hour during business hours. If you reach out after hours or on the weekend, you'll hear from us by the next business morning.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review the form, then call you back to schedule a complimentary phone consultation. If the scope is right for us, the next step is a $250 on-site design consultation with our principal.
Is the $250 design consultation refundable?
The $250 is credited in full to your project if you move forward. It's not refundable if you don't, because it covers ninety minutes of our principal's time on site.
Do you work outside of coastal North County?
No. We work exclusively in Solana Beach, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, La Jolla, Encinitas, Cardiff, and Carlsbad. We're not the right firm for inland or out-of-region projects.
